Patients of Dhanusha district have been compelled to go to India for treatment after all services including emergency at the Janakpur Zonal Hospital have been halted for the past four days at the call of the Nepal Medical Association (NMA).
They have been compelled to go to India for treatment as the private hospitals in the district also are closed in support of the doctors' strike.
Around 3,000 patients of different districts including Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi and Udaypur visit the government and private hospitals in Janakpur every day. RSS
