The endangered red pandas have been found to have increased their population at Makalu Barun National Park these days.
The two red pandas were traced at Kimathanko Popty Bhanjyang of the national park within the past week, national park sources said.
According to Manjit Bista, ranger at the national park, there are might be over 40 red pandas at the national park.
The endangered animal is found in an altitude of 2,500 metres to 5,000 metres and thus the national park is appropriate for the Red Panda, Bista added. RSS
