Police arrested four youths today on the charge of their involvement in raping a girl of Rohinihawa VDC-7 in the district.
The youths were arrested on the basis of statement of the victim girl. She was gang raped on March 23, said police. All the arrested youths are from Lumbini Adarsh VDC.
According to the District Police Office, Rupandehi, a case of rape will be filed against the youths at the local court.
The girl was raped by the youths when she had gone to the farm to collect vegetables, police said. RSS
