Pahadi had been staging hunger strike at Shanti Batika in Ratnapark from Monday demanding ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
He was admitted at the Bir Hospital in the Capital on Friday. Hom Kanta Chaulagain, Chairman of Human Rights and Peace Society, informed that Pahadi ended his hunger strike because of complications in his health.
He is receiving treatment at the Hospital and his health has seen a gradual improvement.
Pahadi has been arguing that ratification of Rome Statute was one of the agendas of second people's movement in 2006 and that it was not implemented even after the reinstated Parliament issued directives for the same.
