The opposition parties including the main opposition UCPN (Maoist) have been obstructing the parliament for long demanding implementation of the four-point agreement signed between the ruling parties and them.

The two leaders also talked on forging consensus on the contentious issues of constitution writing and speeding up the constitution drafting works, the Prime Minister's media coordinator Prakash Adhikari said.
