Police have arrested a man on the charge of raping his daughter at Sundarpur-8 in Morang district Sunday evening.
Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Morang, Prabhu Prasad Dhakal, said the 37 years old man of Sundarpur-8 was arrested on the charge of raping own nine-year-old daughter.
He was arrested after the victim's mother informed police about the incident. The Area Police Office, Belbari, has started investigation into the case.
The victim has been sent to Dharan-based BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences for a medical examination. RSS
