In a message to his Canadian counterpart Stephen J. Harper on Sunday, PM Koirala has said Nepal unequivocally condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
"Terrorism cannot be justified on any ground and any cowardly and senseless act of terrorism must therefore be firmly dealt with," PM Koirala said in his message.
The prime minister has expressed deepest sympathy and condolences to the people of Canada and the members of the bereaved family of soldiers who lost their lives on duty while safeguarding democratic institutions.
