Sanghiya Samajbadi Party Nepal chairman Ashok Rai has said that constitution drafting process was not like poetry writing sitting inside the room.
Talking to RSS, chairman Rai said that the new constitution is a social document of change achieved through different People's Movements and Ethnic, and Madhes struggles.
He further said that the new constitution would not be promulgated on January 22, 2015 as the Constituent Assembly (CA) has four years' tenure; therefore, there is no meaning of being hurrying for the same.
Chairman Rai said that less than 10 federal provinces would not be accepted by his party as the 10 provinces was the recommendation of the then expert team formed by the CA and it is the scientific one for restructuring the state.
The 22-party-alliance is going to organize a mass meeting at Phidim today and Rai arrived here to attend the meeting. RSS
