Overcrowding, speed caused Bheri bus crash: report

The Surkhet-bound bus had flouted the speed limit and was carrying passengers beyond its capacity at the time of the accident, according to the report.
The probe has also pointed out that the bus plunged into the river while trying to avoid an oncoming tractor.
The report mentions that 52 people were killed and 11 others hurt in the incident, while two persons are still missing.
