Sanghiya Sadvawana Party Chair Anil Jha has said that ruling parties were preparing to promulgate a new constitution by January 22 by creating an artificial dispute.
Jha said the new constitution promulgated through two-third majority would not be acceptable to them.
Talking to the media persons at Jaleshwor this morning, chair Jha claimed that the constitution promulgated by two-third majority would result a great trouble and the government would compel to face it. RSS
