Two Constituent Assembly (CA) members of Rastriya Janamukti Party have quit the party.

The party had been allotted two seats under the Proportional Representation system after the second CA elections.

CA members Shiva Lal Thapa and Sima Kumari BK quit the party and announced the formation of Rastriya Janamukti Party (Loktantrik) on Tuesday. The leader duo informed CA Chairman Subas Nembang of their newly formed party.

CA members Thapa and BK said that they quit the party and formed a new one alleging that the party was being operated narrow mindedly and autocratically against the democratic values.
