During the session, the contestants were led through a series of self-defence techniques and were taught how to use their body parts to protect themselves. ‘’Violence against women is the burning issue of our time. We provide training to women so that they can defend themselves,’’ said Vikrant Raj Pandey, the director of the organisation. Uddhav Thapa Magar, an instructor associated with Fightback Paritran, demonstrated various martial art moves and techniques during the programme.
