Speaking at the 17th Anniversary of the Administration Management and Development Centre here in the capital city today, he said some of the issues regarding the constitution were yet to be finalised.

On a different note, he said the bureaucracy has the vital role in institutionalizing democracy and democratic system but the government failed to get support as expected to this regard.

The rural people could not feel the change brought by the political transformation. At this, bureaucracy could help make people realise the change, Sitaula added.

He stressed the need of having good coordination between the government and the bureaucracy for the overall development of the country. RSS
