Extending a message on the eve of the New Nepali Year 2072, Koirala stressed the need for drafting an inclusive constitution. "I am fully convinced that the new constitution will be drafted on the basis of cooperation and reconciliation." The PM also hoped the new year will inspire all the parties to unite for the sake of a constitution that paves the way for stability, peace and rapid economic growth in the country. In his message, Koirala wished for an efficient and corruption-free bureaucracy to provide "citizen-centric administration".
