Saptari
The District Court, Saptari, handed down the sentence against Jivan Kumar Singh, also known as Jaybir Prasad Singh, 39, and his wife Sabita Devi of Madhepur, Bihar of India and temporarily living at Shankarapur VDC-2 of Saptari district.
Similarly, Chandra Deveshwor Singh, 65, of the VDC has been fined Rs 25,000 for verifying the documents posing as Jivan's father. RSS
