PM Koirala was greeted with black flags while his team was coming out of the Janaki Temple.
Prime Minister Koirala said the new constitution would be promulgated by demarcating the border of federal states.
Speaking at the inaugural of Shree Ram Tower built by Janakpur Ram Youth Committee here in the historical town, Koirala said, “Rest assured that the new constitution will be promulgated through the Constituent Assembly (CA) and the demarcation of borders would be finalised before the promulgation.
He claimed that right of every ethnic group, religion, community, and region would be ensured in the new constitution. “No one’s rights would be downplayed and no one’s language, culture and attire would be snatched.”
