PM Koirala arrived Tulsipur on Monday to collect public opinion on the draft constitution. He said discussions were underway with Madhes-based parties and Mohan Baidya-led CPN-Maoist. Despite some obstruction the constitution will be promulgated in time, he added.
During his speech, PM Koirala urged the disagreeing parties to give advises on the draft constitution rather than resorting to tearing and burning of draft copies. He said if opposing parties submit their issues in form of suggestions, it could be incorporated in the final constitution.
