A clash erupted between the cadres of Madhesi Morcha and security personnel at Biratnagar on Monday evening. 

Mahavir and Gudari area remained tense due to stone pelting from both sides, it is learnt.

Police intervened after protesters burnt tyre and vandalised vehicles at Gudari junction. After the police intervention, the clash ensued between the two sides.
