Kaspersky security solutions launched

According to company, these solutions boast enhancements to existing protection technologies besides a host of brand new features to ensure the highest levels of security for users of personal computers, Android devices and Mac books.
Launching the antivirus, Pallav Agrawal, marketing manager of Asia Pacific at Kaspersky Lab said, “With the increasing use of digital devices in daily activities, there has been a rise in security threats. So the newly launched products from Kaspersky provide the complete solution to security issues of these days.”
The new edition of the Kaspersky Security Solution comes with the all-new Zeta Shield Technology that offers comprehensive protection against the most sophisticated malware threats. Other features of the antivirus are private browsing, change control, webcam protection and system watcher. It also comes with Wi-Fi security notification which verifies the security of Wi-Fi hotspots and alerts the user to any potential threats and ensures complete protection.

Kaspersky has 150,000 users in Nepal, and its customer base is growing at the rate of 20 percent annually, according to the company. The products are available through its retail outlets across the country and online shopping sites like muncha.com, sastodeal.com and kaymu, and are priced between Rs600 to Rs1,200.
Registered users of previous versions can upgrade to the new edition free of charge, but they must reinstall the application, the company said.
