A delegation of Madhesi lawmakers from the ruling Nepali Congress party has reached Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar demanding the PM initiate talks with the agitating groups.

The lawmakers have said the continuous strikes across the country have severely crippled the common life of people.

Lawmaker Ram Krishna Yadav said that they will demand the PM to normalise the current situation by ending the ongoing demarcation disputes through the medium of talks.
