Prime Minister Sushil Koirala is set to organise a tea reception on the historic occasion of the promulgation of the Constitution of Nepal, 2072 on September 21, a day after the promulgation of the new constitution.

The new constitution is being promulgated on Sunday from the President at 5:00 pm at a special programme in the Constituent Assembly (CA) hall in New Baneshwor. CA Chairman Subash Nembang authenticated the new constitution on Friday.

The reception is set to take place in the Gallery Meeting Hall of Singhadurbar at 4:30 pm.
