4 petroleum vehicles arrive via Kailali entry point
Four vehicles ferrying petroleum products have entered Nepal through Trinagar custom point at Kailali district on Thursday. According to Chief at the Trinagar Customs Office, Raman Mani Dahal, one tanker carried petrol, two carried diesel and one carried aviation fuel.
The other cargo goods contained vegetable, cement, rice, maize and hardware items.
Meanwhile, no petroleum tankers have entered Nepal through eastern Nepal’s Kakadvitta entry point today.
Of the total 25 empty tankers travelling to the Siliguri Depot in India for filling, only five of them were being loaded, shared Laya Bhandari, Chairperson of the Mechi Petroleum Entrepreneurs' Association.
A total of 35 tankers had entered Nepal via the same check point on Monday and Tuesday with various petro products.
