The Government of Singapore has congratulated the Nepalese people on the promulgation of the new constitution of Nepal.

The Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong expressed his best wishes in a message sent to Prime Minister Sushil Koirala.

"The constitution will be a key step towards greater peace, prosperity and progress in Nepal," the Singapore Prime Minister stated in the message.
