A high level meeting has been held at the initiative of the ruling coalition partner UCPN (Maoist) to import fuel products among other essential supplies from China.
UCPN (Maoist) Vice Chairman Narayankaji Shrestha led a meeting held on Friday attended by Minister for Commerce and Supplies Ganeshman Pun, Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Wu Chuntai and Nepali Ambassador to China Dr Mahesh Maskey and discussed the import of supplies from China's border points.
Shrestha's Personal Secretary Susan Karmacharya said that discussion was held to import essential supplies such as medicines and fuel products, among other commodities.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was also briefed about the meeting, said Karmacharya. RSS
