26 injured in bus accident as driver dozes off
At least 26 people were injured when a passenger bus met with an accident after its driver dozed off while driving at Lamaha forest in Chandrapur municipality-1 on Wednesday. Three of the injured have been reported to be in serious condition.bookmark

At least 26 people were injured when a passenger bus met with an accident after its driver dozed off while driving at Lamaha forest in Chandrapur municipality-1 on Wednesday. Three of the injured have been reported to be in serious condition.
The night bus, Na 5 Kha 2236, en route to Kathmandu from Ram Dhoka of Udaypur fell some 50 meters off the road at Lamaha forest along the Ghansar-Chandranigahapur road section this morning as the driver fell asleep behind the wheels, informed DSP Manoj Kumar Yadav.
The police informed that Saru Rai, Rishta Rai and Rashmi Nepali of Udaypur municipality-10 have sustained serious injuries and have been brought to Kathmandu for further medical attention.
The bus driver is on the run after the incident.
