Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Kamal Thapa; Chief of Army Staffs, Rajendra Chhetri; Secretary at the Office of the President, Tek Prasad Dhungana; Foreign Secretary, Shanker Das Bairagi; and other senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were present during the occasion.
