At the cadres meet programme organized by CPN-UML, Ilam here this morning, he called on the Madhe-based parties' leaders to allow the country to smooth functioning by withdrawing protests and that it would pave the way to address their demands.
"Is there any logic to wage protest and disrupt supply of goods from border declaring non-adherence to the constitution r?", he questioned citing reference of Madhes-based parties involving in the prime ministerial vote accepting the latest statute.
Former Constituent Assembly Chairperson Nembang asked the Madhesi leaders to move ahead by amending the constitution if there are any pertinent issues to be addressed.
Noting that it would not be apt for the neighbouring countries to show more concerns to the internal affairs of Nepal, he urged the neihgbours not to meddle with Nepal's domestic matters. RSS
