At a programme organised by the Bidywoday Lower Secondary School at Damak-9 of Jhapa , Minister Kharel said the blockade India has imposed on Nepal for the latter brought constitution was inhumane. The government was ready to address the disputes on delineation of province through talks, he said, adding that the government would however not compromise national integrity.
"Instead of joining talks, the Madhesi parties are committing a mistake by agitating from the Dashgaja (no-man's land)," he stressed.
Meanwhile, the Minister inaugurated a Shivapurana dhanyanchal mahayagay at Damak-10.
