Bachukala Rokaya, 25, of Hyanglu-6 in the district on Thursday filed a complaint against her husband Nanda Bahadur, accusing him of murdering their four kids—two sons and two daughters—on November 25.

According to the District Police Office, Nanda Bahadur  killed Suntali, 9, Yuvaraj 6, Bipana, 4, and Dip Bahadur, 2. Their bodies were found buried in a field around 100 metres from their house.

Bachukala said her husband used to be too busy on his cell phone. “He murdered my kids to marry another woman,” she said, adding that he never loved the children.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Log Bahadur GC said Nanda Bahadur admitted

to have committed the crime. The accused has been remanded into custody for investigation.
