Nepali Congress leader Sujata Koirala has announced that she was mentally prepared to file her candidacy to the post of party President in the upcoming 13th general convention.

At a press meet organised by the Nepal Press Union, Banke, on Friday, Koirala said, "I will make public my final decision within few days after holding further consultation with party's cadres and well wishers."

Arguing that the NC has now become very weak, she said the party should be made stronger through a new thought from party's 13th general convention. RSS
