Anfa announces cash rewards to title winning players

Altogether 23 members including twenty players, two coaches (Bal Gopal Maharjan and Upendra Man Singh) and a physiotherapist will be honoured with the cash prize of Rs 500,000 each.
“We are excited to win a title after 23 years. Our players played very well. They deserve respect,” said acting president of Anfa, Narendra Shrestha.
Prior to this, National Sports Council had announced to provide Rs 200,000 each to the players if they won the title.
Nepali football team created history on Friday by defeating Bahrain 3-0 to lift Bangabandhu Gold Cup title in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
