Three chiefs and 31 judges of appellate courts transferred

The Council that met Thursday recommended changing the work station of the three chief judges and 31 judges, according to the Council Secretary Krishna Giri.
Accordingly, Chief Judge of Appellate Court in Dipayal Dipak Kumar Karki has been transferred to the same post in appellate Court in Baglung while Chief Judge Kedar Prasad Chalise has been transferred from Baglung to Biratnagar appellate court. Chief Judge Dr Ananda Mohan Bhattarai of Biratnagar has been shifted to the Appellate Court in Patan.
The judges transferred include Prakash Kumar Dhungana to Dhankuta, Tika Bahadur Hamal to Dipayal, Kumar Chudal to Tulasipur, Udaya Prakash Chapagain to Patan, Sushma Lata Mathema to Patan, Kumar Prasad Pokharel to Biratnagar, Ramesh Pokharel to Hetauda, Shiva Narayan Yadav to Ilam and Durga Dutta Bhatta to Pokhara.
Likewise, judge Dilli Raj Acharya has been transferred to Patan appellate court, Salauddin Akhtar Siddique to Hetauda, Rewanta Bahadur Kunwar to Hetauda, Kishore Silwal to Patan and Ram Chandra Yadav to Janakpur. Judge Puspa Raj Koirala has been transferred to Biratnagar, Jeevan Hari Adhikar to Patan and Prem Raj Karki, also to Patan.
Furthermore, judge Chitra Dev Joshi has been transferred to Dipayal appellate court, Hem Raj Pant to Butwal, Gunaraj Dhungel to Surkhet, Meghnath Bhattarai to Dhankuta, Birendra Kumar Karna to Mahendranagar, Hari Prasad Bagale to Pokhara and Yubaraj Subedi to Patan.
Also transferred today are Ramesh Prasad Rajbhandari from Surkhet to Butwal, judge Abdul Aziz Masalman from Butwal to Patan and Hari Prasad Bhandari from Janakpur to Butwal. RSS
