Bhutanese Home and Cultural Affairs Minister Lyonpo Dawa Gyeltshen is scheduled to arrive in Kathmandu on Wednesday to pay homage to the late former Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed that Bhutan’s Nationalist Congress Party leader DP Tripathi will also be arriving along with Minister Gyeltshen tomorrow.
