Property worth over Rs 1.1 million was gutted by fire at Diktel Municipality-11 in Khotang district Wednesday night. 

The property was gutted after the fire, started from the kitchen of Tularam Bishwokarma, completely destroyed his three-storey building. 

The fire also destroyed different goods including food grain, clothes, utensils and furniture, among others, said police. 

Locals doused the fire at 2:00 am today. The Bishwokarma family has now been taking shelter at neighbouring house. RSS
