Foreign Ministry confirms death of 12 Nepalis in Kabul attack (with names)
Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed the death of 12 Nepalis in a minibus suicide attack in Afghan Capital Kabul on Monday. According to the MoFA, the deceased have been identified as Chandra Rana Magar, Bidur Bahadur Subedi Chhetri and Hari Bahadur Baruwal Chhetri of Kathmandu; Amrit Bahadur Thapa of Lamjung; Dambar Bahadur Tamang, Madhusudan Koirala and Lil Bahadur Gurung of Nuwakot district.
Other Nepalis who succumbed to the suicide bomb are Krisha Bahadur Dhungana of Chitwan, Jitendra Singh Thapa of Butwal, Chuk Bahadur Gurung of Syangja, Nabin Chhetri of Parbat and Akur Tamang of Sunsari disctrict, informed MoFA joint spokesperson Sudhir Bhattarai.
Seven other Nepalis have been injured in the incident, according to the Ministry. Ministry said injured Nepalis are out of danger.
