Govt to mark 2nd Int’l Yoga Day

During the occasion, Minister of Culture, Tourism & civil Aviation, Anand Prasad Pokharel highlighting the benefits of yoga announced that the government is all set to organise an event to celebrate the 2nd International Day of Yoga at Darbar Marg on 21st June at 7AM.
Likewise, Yoga Consultant of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Dr HR Nagendra and Swami Anand Arun of Osho Tapoban highlighted the need for meditation as part of yoga practices.
Similarly, Indian Ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae remarked that Yoga was the common heritage of Nepal and India and its regular practice would improve not only physical health but also mental & spiritual well-being.
