Properties worth million rupees were destroyed when a fire destroyed the goods in a cotton factory at Bhimad VDC in Tanahu district on Wednesday.
The fire that broke out suddenly at Sundar Subedi's cotton factory reduced all goods, including the machinery items, in the factory to ash. The damage has been assessed at around Rs 1.2 million, according to the District Police Office.
No human casualty was reported in the incident, the police said. RSS
