The meeting of top leaders of three major parties at Parliament building in New Baneshwor reached an understanding to table the budget-related bill first.
UML leader Bhim Rawal said the Parliament meeting will convene at 4 pm after the agreement among parties. Parliament meeting was postponed at 2 pm today after parties remained adamant on their erstwhile stance on what should be discussed first in Parliament—no-trust motion against PM Oli or budget-related bills.
Nepali Congress and Maoist were for discussing the no-confidence motion before the budget-related bill while ruling UML refused to budge from tabling the bill before the motion.

The Nepali Congress and CPN (Maoist Center) have decided to restrain the budget-related bill despite agreeing to table it prior the no-confidence motion before the Parliament.
The two parties have agreed to table the bill but will stand against it, said Maoist leader Janardan Sharma. The major three parties had sorted out the differences regarding tabling the budget-related bill and the no-confidence motion during a meeting among top leaders today.
Parliament will discuss the no-confidence motion against PM KP Sharma Oli after concluding voting on the budget-related bill.
