The order was issued by the President after the Cabinet recommendation on Sunday as per the provision of the Article 305 of the Constitution of Nepal.
The decree was presented in the Parliament by the Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Agni Kharel on the behalf of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
Minister Kharel had responded the quarries raised by the lawmakers regarding the decree.
Minister Kharel clarified that the decree was recommended by the Cabinet to the President to remove the ambiguity regarding the formation of the new government after PM Oli resigned on Sunday.
The next meeting of the House is scheduled at 3:00 pm on August 1. RSS
