Narcotics Control Bureau of Nepal Police on Wednesday arrested a Thai and a Bolivian national with 3.5 kilograms of cocaine from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. 

Both the arrestees are women. Police said that the Bolivian national had carried the cocaine to Nepal while the Thai woman was about to fly the contraband to European countries via Thailand.

Narcotics Control Bureau has seized 24 kilograms of cocaine in the last five years from Nepal. Various nationals carrying the drug to European countries have also been arrested.
