He claimed the agreements were against national interest.
The former prime minister said that PM Dahal has succumbed to India's will and his party UML will strongly resist the agreements.
Inaugurating the party's state no.4 seminar at Pokhara on Sunday, Chairman Oli said, "The deal has harmed the dignity of Nepali people. He did not come out with a single good work. Whatever he did were against national interest."
Last year India had regarded the constitution as a big achievement but now it suggesting to amend the constitution has aroused suspicion, said Chairman Oli. He asserted that India speaking about amending Nepal's constitution was not a right thing to do.
"My government had to topple when I denied playing to the tunes of 'others'," he said, "A big conspiracy was hatched to obstruct promulgation of the constitution. But we remained successful after a tiresome effort."
"Again big plans are underway to prevent the implementation of the constitution and introduce stability in the country. The rhetoric of amending the constitution is mere a tool for that purpose," Chairman Oli said.
He expressed discontent over India suggesting PM Dahal to amend the constitution. He opined that holding three levels of election is the need of an hour which was more important than amending the constitution.
Also speaking in the programme, UML General Secretary Ishwar Pokharel said the government was plotting to fail the constitution by not holding the elections. He asserted that constitution will not be amended under any circumstances.
