CG Properties, a subsidiary of CG Holdings, one of the largest real-estate developers in Nepal, has launched The Villa, a housing project, in Sunakothi, Lalitpur.
The project, spread on 25 ropanies, will have 71 independent luxury villas. The Villa is the third project of CG Properties after Cityscape Apartments and Cityscape Villas.
“Surrounded by abundant greenery, The Villa offers homes designed to satisfy every practical need with modern amenities, offering spaces that are both functional and inspired,” read a company statement.
The Villa has been planned and will be developed strictly as per the latest Nepal Building Code for earthquake-resistant building structure, modernist architecture and sufficient open space with 20 feet wide road to connect every villa.
The independent villas are available in different sizes—ranging from 1,450 to 2,150 sqft.
The project has an exclusive garden space and car parks, private terrace and luxury fittings and specifications, according to the statement.
The Villa emphasises on use of renewable energy and will use solar-powered lights in common areas.
“It also offers treated water supply to each villa, includes a underground water tank of 8000-10,000 litres and security at doorstep, which makes the project a pinnacle of luxury abode in Nepal,” read the statement.
