‘UML was not consulted on constitution amendment’

He, however, has not revealed what the three points proposal were.
According to Yogesh Bhattarai, chief of the UML Publicity Department, Oli said during the party’s central committee (CC) meeting on Saturday that there were several dimensions of plot in the proposal.
He also said that amendment to the constitution will be unacceptable if it affects sovereignty, integrity, freedom, unity and ethnic harmony of the country.
The Saturday CC meeting also endorsed a 10 point special proposal on internal unity of the UML that includes the points on united efforts to strengthen the wparty. The UML has issued the proposal to discourage factional politics within the party.
Meanwhile, the CC meeting on Sunday endorsed the organisational report of General Secretary Ishwor Pokhrel with suggestions.
