Emergency services of Charikot Hospital, shut after tensions following death of 18-month child, has resumed from Saturday.

Medical workers had shut the OPD and emergency services in the hospital demanding proper security after a video of doctors apologising went viral on Facebook. They claimed doctors were forced to apologise admitting the death of the child.

The OPD services remains shut with doctors firm on their demands.
