At a district committee meeting in Kathmandu on Saturday, Singh rued party's weak role in commanding government's day-to-day activities despite being the largest party in the parliament.
Singh said it was big mistake on the NC's part to let the CPN (Maoist Center) control major affairs in the government. He also demanded to summon party's central committee meeting to make party's role in government more effective.
Singh also lamented on party's inability to announce on their stance on national agendas. He demanded NC make their stance public on national agendas as constitution implementation, local bodies election and local bodies reconstruction and end the dilemma facing its cadres.
