The winner says
I was down with flu for the last four days. I had switched my phone off and was resting today. At 5:30pm when I turned on Kantipur TV, I saw my name being announced. I could not believe it was me. I told my father and wife about this, still not convinced I was the winner. But the moment I switched my phone on, I got a call from the Kantipur Publications. I had indeed won the prize.
I come from a middle class family. I have a son and a daughter. Both of them are abroad studying.
I have over Rs1.8 million in loan which I had taken while sending my daughter to a college in Australia. I will spend some part of the money I have won under the Kantipur Karodpati for my daughter’s study.
