Chairman of the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Nepal (Democratic), Bijay Kumar Gachhadar, has said that the country would be trapped in crises if election of local bodies were not held by mid-April 2017.

Addressing a mass gathering organised by the party at Beldandi Municipality-5 in Kanchanpur district on Sunday, Gachhadar blamed that three major political parties were responsible for the deteriorating situation in the country.

He said that the elections of local bodies should be held by mid-April for the constitution implementation, adding that the new constitution was promulgated by addressing problems of all communities. (PR)
