Relatives of a person who died in a road accident have vandalised Thimi based police circle office on Friday, demanding compensation.
A 45-year-old Saraswati Khadka of Jiri-8 of Dolakha was killed in the road accident at Madhyapur Thimi of Bhaktapur Thursday evening.
She was hit by a motorbike (Ba 80 Pa 5008). Police have stated that police personnel duo Krishna Bahadur Tamang and Jayanta Raj Karki were injured when the relatives of the deceased attacked the police office. They are undergoing treatment at Thimi based hospital.
Meanwhile, police have arrested five people involved in vandalism. RSS
