Missing Nepali student’s body found in Sydney beach

Uprety from Jhapa had gone missing along with Shristi Bhandari, 23, of Khathmandu from the beach on Monday night.
Later, Bhandari’s was found washed up on the beach by a jogger in the early hours of the following morning.
When police did not find the body of Upreti, Australian rescue personnel launched a search operation on the ocean.
The search operation, however, was hampered by poor visibility.
Upreti was in Australia for the past three years while Bhandari had reached only few months ago.
According to their friend Pawan Adhikari, he had informed the police after the duo, who had gone to visit the beach, did not return home till late evening.
