A meeting of the Morcha held till late Wednesday evening turned down the proposal of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal to endorse the constitution amendment bill putting on hold the revision of provincial boundaries.
According Laxman Lal Karna, co-chair of Sadbhawana Party Nepal, the protest programmes will start from Thursday with non-cooperation to the election.
However, the alliance of Madhes-based parties has decided to intensify its protest only after March 27 keeping in view the Secondary Education Examination slated to begin from Thursdya.
It has announced to picket all district election offices on March 28 and to make public further protest programmes.
